Kelsey M. Schultz is an Associate Attorney at Milord & Associates. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation matters.
Prior to joining Milord & Associates, Kelsey worked as an associate at a boutique entertainment law firm in Hollywood concentrating on entertainment litigation and intellectual property disputes. Her research and writing led to the successful resolution of several high-profile cases involving issues of intellectual property infringement, right of publicity, defamation, and trade secret misappropriation. In addition, Kelsey counseled clients and negotiated agreements in connection with the development and production of television, motion picture and new media projects.
Kelsey earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Entertainment and New Media Advocacy from Loyola Law School (Loyola Marymount University) Los Angeles in 2018, where she was Vice President of both the Entertainment & Sports Law Society and the Loyola Wine & Spirits Society, and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Kelsey also independently organized the Fashion Law Panel for Loyola Law School’s well-respected Entertainment Law Symposium, which included well-known fashion designers and influencers.
Kelsey holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). While attending UCSD, Kelsey played NCAA Division 1 Water Polo, and was team captain for the 2011 season.
When not working at Milord & Associates, Kelsey enjoys traveling, camping, attending concerts and music festivals, and all things pop culture.
